Products and experiments built around a clear problem.

My projects range from products in active development to university research and early technical experiments. Each one reflects a stage in how I learned to connect software with a practical need.

Professional work

Operational automation at Brave New World

I designed and deployed an Azure-based workflow that parses supplier data, applies business rules and creates customer communications. It removed more than 1,200 manual hours a year and approximately £45,000 in annual support-desk effort.

Related analysis of ticket and process data helped reduce customer resolution time from around two weeks to two or three days.
